You’ll know, if you’ve read some of my other articles, that I’m a firm believer in paying close attention to your thoughts. Thoughts can regulate emotion which can change the chemistry of your body. And yet, for as powerful as your thoughts are, they are nothing without action.

Even the most calm individual that meditates and exercises everyday has a tipping point; a thing that pushes them forward from complacency to the threshold of anger. This is why it is called Anger Management. Everyone will get angry and when that time comes, hopefully they will know how to manage their anger so their anger doesn’t control them.
If you’re like many people, the idea of starting and running your own company sounds appealing. No more answering to the BOSS. Answering only to yourself (and maybe some investors). Working from home in your pajamas. There’s no end to the possible benefits of starting and running your own company but where do you begin?
Let me ask you a question:
Did you start today deciding on one thing you were going to be aware of and work on today to make you a better person?
We all have desires and aspirations that we would like to fulfill, but are not actively taking action to make those things happen. For many of us, it is difficult to relate what we’re doing in the present to the results we would like to see in the future. However, the future is largely decided by what we do today, by the choices we make and the way we invest our time and energy.
